120,000 sq ft renovation
HillCrest Shopping Center*
Spartanburg, South Carolina
David Human coordinated with DLP Construction to design the renovation for a 1950's shopping center. The redesign included a new facade, new exterior finishes, a rear two-story facade with tenant exits and a new loading dock and elevator area.
The project also included interior renovations for three existing tenants and thirteen white box spaces.
