Shannon serves as the integral operational arm of Human Element Architects. A valuable asset to the firm, Shannon brings many different skills to the table. Responsible for key roles such as accounting and payroll, she also coordinates permits, analyzes bid opportunities and identifies areas for new business. Equipped with excellent organizational skills and a a keen attention to detail, Shannon strives to simplify the daily operations of a fast paced, design-driven environment.
Working closely with both the internal team at HE Architects as well as external partners, Shannon is the liason between the vendors and contractors. Within these interactions, she ensures communications are clear and that certain project deadlines are met. She loves the challenge of streamlining operational processes, managing daily tasks and supporting the needs of the office.
Shannon embraces the dynamic environment of an architectural firm and keeps operations streamlined and on-task. She is passionate about creating operational foundations which support growth and profitability. At the end of the day, her goal is to take on anything and everything within the firm so that the architects can focus solely on design.
