As part of the downtown revitalization of East Point, Georgia, city officials turned to Human Element Architects to transform a 12,000 square foot 1930s warehouse to create offices for city and state government officials.
As with any client, adhering to a strict budget and timeline was crucial for this client and project. Designs included upgrades and redirection and utilization of existing resources such as the HVAC and electrical systems.
Once an old warehouse, this space is now a functional and vibrant space in the heart of Downtown East Point, Georgia.
