CDC Building A Freezer Farm
and BSL-2 Renovation
In 2012, the CDC contracted Human Element Architects for design solutions that would accommodate an 8,900 square foot occupied renovation project. Designs included a dedication of 4,000 square feet to house liquid nitrogen freezers, combined with areas to include additional office space, a lab work area, and cage storage area.
